Tycheo is in closed beta. This page describes what the beta collects and what happens to it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who we are
Tycheo is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. The company is not registered yet, so the entity name, registered address and any supervisory-authority details are placeholders on this page until it is.
What we collect
- Your email address — what you type into the beta signup form.
- The team you follow — optional free text, only if you fill that field in.
- A referral code — one generated for you when you sign up, and the code of whoever referred you, if you arrived on a ?ref= link.
- Campaign source — the utm_source and utm_campaign values in the link you arrived on, so we know which post brought you.
- Anonymous page analytics — aggregate visit counts through Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not build a profile of you. We run no other tracker, no advertising pixel and no session recorder.
We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your address or any payment details, and the beta has no way to accept them.
Why we collect it
To send you beta access and launch updates, and to decide which matches the next cohort should see. That is the whole purpose. We do not use your address for anything you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
In a Supabase-hosted Postgres database. Access is restricted: the public key the website carries can add a row to the waitlist and can read nothing back, which is enforced by row-level security rather than by convention.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. The only third parties that touch it are the infrastructure providers that run the site and the database (Vercel and Supabase) and our email provider when we write to you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the beta programme ends and the list has served its purpose.
Your rights
Under GDPR and KVKK you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it — and you can withdraw consent at any time. Unsubscribing from our emails is always one click.
To exercise any of these, email team@tycheo.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local data protection authority — in Türkiye that is the KVKK authority, and in the EU it is the supervisory authority where you live.
Changes
When this page changes materially we will update the date at the top and, if it affects how we use an address we already hold, tell the people on the list.
