These terms cover the Tycheo closed beta, operated by [LEGAL ENTITY]. The company is not registered yet, so the entity name and governing law are placeholders on this page until it is.

This is a closed beta on testnet

Everything in the beta runs on testnet. Balances are test balances. They have no monetary value, cannot be bought, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be exchanged for anything. Nothing in the beta is a financial product and nothing on this site is an invitation to put money in.

Markets settle on the result of the round. Where a round cannot be settled from the match data we read, the market is voided rather than guessed.

No real money

We do not accept deposits, we do not process payments and the beta has no mechanism to take money from you. If anyone asks you to pay to join the Tycheo beta, it is not us — tell us at team@tycheo.com.

You must be 18 or over

Access is for people aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 we will close it and delete the data attached to it.

Availability is not guaranteed

Access is granted by invitation, in cohorts, at our discretion. Being on the list does not entitle you to access or to any particular place in the queue. Whether Tycheo is available to you at all depends on the country you are in, and that may change as the rules in each market become clear.

The beta is unfinished software. It may be unavailable, it may lose test balances, it may change substantially, and it may be withdrawn in whole or in part at any time without notice.

Fair use

Use the beta as a person, not as a script: no automated access that degrades the service for others, no attempts to break settlement, and no reselling or sharing of invitations. We may suspend access that does any of these.

We will not limit your access for being good at predicting rounds. That is a product commitment, and it survives into the live product.

Your content

Feedback you send us about the beta, we may act on freely and without obligation. Everything else — the site, the product and the brand — stays ours.

Liability

The beta is provided as is, without warranties, to the fullest extent the law allows. Because no real money is involved, nothing in the beta can cause you a financial loss through its normal operation, and we are not liable for loss of test balances, data or opportunity.

We will update these terms as the product moves from beta to live, and we will date any material change at the top of this page. Questions go to team@tycheo.com.
